Wow... all that activity, and then a month of nothing. Sorry, guys, got distracted by stuff. I'm going to try to work on the layout of this page and add a few links. It isn't a work in progress unless there is progress on the work. right? Next week: New Orleans! Huzzah!

| The Pictures are Here | ||||
Okay, the script has been mildly hacked, and now the pictures are all
browsable. I decided to go ahead and make 'em a menu option.
That leaves making the news page nicer and the CDDP. This is going
faster than I thought it would.

I scanned and uploaded all the pictures last night. Now
I just have to get them accessable. Time to hack the old picture
browser...

I don't think I actually will make comments possible. This is really
more of a news thing than a real blog, so if you wanna make comments,
just e-mail me already.
Also on the to-do list: Make the news history stuff actually work. But I'll wait until I have more entries, so I know it works. Tonight, I will try to scan some pictures in and get the Pics pages linked somewhere. Not sure where yet.

All the links actually return the pages they should. Not bad for
the first day's work. It's still not pretty; I gotta borrow somebody
with taste to help me make these colors work. The finished scripts
are the easy ones; the CDDP is going to be the really fun one. Of
course, if I ever get it off the ground, that'll be the one that gets
me in trouble, one way or another.
Other things to add: Let people make comments on these little blog messages, pull together my picture browsing scripts again, and possibly find something visually interesting to stick on these pages. Too much simple text. On the other hand, it's better than 300 animated gifs.

| Under Construction | ||||
So I've decided to actually spend some time on my own home page.
The last one was last touched in 1999, and those changes were
cosmetic. Yeah, I think a few valid links would be nice.
Actually, that's not completely true; I have kept my
resume more
or less up to date. But the rest of it was garbage.
If it isn't already painfully obvious, I'm not very good with
colors, so I went with "muted and unoffensive." I hope that
works.
