Interpretation: The Brujah are rebellious free-thinkers, but while they form the majority of the Anarchs, the reverse is not true. The Brujah are one of the largest clans in the Camarilla (behind the Toreador and the Ventrue.) You can't be a rebel unless you have something to rebel against, and for the most part, the Brujah really don't have a better alternative to the status quo. It's just their job to resist and question it, a supporting role they fill very well.
