A = Archer (anyone that uses a bow of any kind)
R = Ruffian (a fighter or scrapper, a martial artist)
M = Mystic/Mentalist (either a psionic or a magical talent)
A = Alien/Aquatic (someone not of Earth or that lives beneath the sea)
D = Detective/Doctor (someone with brainy skills - detective, scientist)
A = Armor/Android (Anyone that gains the majority of their powers from 
technology - armor, android, robot)
S = Speedster (if you can move fast we want you!)

A = Artillery / Air Support (An energy caster, or anyone that uses a bow 
	of any kind. Often flies.)

D = Detective / Doctor (someone with brainy skills - detective, scientist)
A = Armor / Android (Anyone that gains the majority of their powers from 
	technology, maybe even an alien device)
S = Speedster / Stealth (Anyone who moves quickly or quietly, who does 
	recon, and is frequently off on "solo" missions)
